का उपयोग क्यों करते है ।

टैली का उपयोग अकाउंट मैनेजमेंट में करते है कोई भी व्यापारी अपने व्यापार को सही तरीके से उसे लाभ और हानि का पता चले 

की उसने कितने पैसे कहा खर्च किये है और उसे कितना प्रॉफिट हुआ है यहाँ सही तरीके से जानने के लिए वो टैली सॉफ्टवेयर का उपयोग करता है और इस सॉफ्टवेयर में उसने कितना माल ख़रीदा और कितना माल बेचा सभी की एंट्री करते है जिससे उसे पता चल सके की उसे कितना प्रॉफिट हुआ है ।

Tally is used in account management. Any trader can know the profit and loss of his business properly. 

How much money he has spent and how much profit he has made, here he uses Tally software to 

know correctly and in this software how much he bought and how much he sold, he entered 

everyone so that he can know How much profit he has made.

तो आइये हम टैली में कंपनी क्रिएट करना सीखे  सबसे पहले हम टैली सॉफ्टवेयर को ओपन करते है ।

So let's learn how to create a company in Tally. First of all, we open the Tally software.

तो आपका टैली सॉफ्टवेयर कुछ इस तरह ओपन होगा ।

यदी आपके पास टैली सॉफ्टवेयर की एक्टिवेशन key  है तो आप A option पैर click कर एक्टिवेशन key 

डाले ।

और यदि नहीं तो आप Educational  mode पैर click करे 

तो आपके सामने कुछ इस तरह का ऑप्शन खुलेगा 

So your Tally software will open like this.

If you have activation key of Tally software then you can click activation option Add And if not then you click on the educational mode So something like this will open in front of you

तब आप create company ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करे ।

Then you click on the create company option.

 तो यहाँ आपको अपनी कंपनी का Name, 

address, 

middle name, 

Country, 

State, 

pincode, 

phone number, 

e-mail address, 

वेबसाइट (अगर है तो), 

So here you have the name of your company,
address,
middle name,
Country,
State,
pincode,
phone number,
e-mail address,

Website (if any) 

financial year ( Financial Year का हिंदी में अर्थ होता है वित्त वर्ष। इनकम टैक्स की भाषा में, वित्त वर्ष, उस साल भर की अवधि (Period of one Year) को कहते हैं, जिसके दौरान आप कमाई करते हैं और खर्च करते हैं। संक्षेप में इसे FY भी लिखा जाता है। भारत में फिलहाल यह 1 अप्रैल से लेकर 31 मार्च त​क होता है।)

Books beginning from ( का मतलब वह समय जब आप व्यापर शुरू करते है )।

ये सब भरने के बाद आपको यदी अपनी कंपनी में पासवर्ड डालना है तो नहीं तो अपनी 

कंपनी को Enter Enter दबाकर save कर ले 

तो इस तरह आपकी कंपनी तैयार हो गई है ।

After filling all this, if you have to enter the password in your company or else

Save the company by pressing Enter

So this is how your company is set up.
