इससे पहले की पोस्ट में, मैंने आपको company create और ledgers create करना सिखाया था 

तो दोस्तों आज में आपको स्टॉक आइटम क्रिएट करना सिखाता हूँ 

सबसे पहले आप अपने टैली सॉफ्टवेयर को ओपन केर लीजिये और अपनी कंपनी को ओपन कर लीजिये

First you open your Tally software and open your company.

इसके बाद आपको टैली में Gateway of Tally के 

Inventory info (image no. 1) में जाना है 

इसके बाद  Stock items

(image no. 2) में जाना है इसके बाद create (image

no. 3) में जाना है 

मतलब आपको Gateway of tally>Inventory info.>Stock items>create में जाना है 

इसके बाद आपके सामने कुछ इस तरह का पेज ओपन होगा 

After this you will be able to see the gateway of Tally Inventory info (image no. 1) has to go Stock items after this (image no. 2), followed by create (image no. 3) have to go in Meaning you have to go to Gateway of tally> Inventory info.> Stock items> create After this you will open a page like this

Name में आपको उस आइटम का नाम लिखना है जिसकी आपको जरूरत है जैसे 

कोई किराना व्यापारी है तो उसके स्टॉक आइटम सुगर, दाल, सोया oil, आदि होंगे 

और यदि कोई मोबाइल शोरूम वाला है तो उसके स्टॉक आइटम vivo मोबाइल,

samsung, मोबाइल, mi के मोबाइल होंगे 

जैसे मेने image में दिखाया है 

इसके बाद आपको एंटर करना है 

इसके बाद Under Option पर आपको स्टॉक ग्रुप बनाना है तो में आपको स्टॉक ग्रुप बनाना सिखाता हूँ 

In Name you have to write the name of the item you need like If a grocery dealer, his stock items will be sugar, lentils, soya oil, etc. And if there is a mobile showroom then its stock items are vivo mobile, samsung, mobile, mi will have mobile As i have shown in the image After this you have to enter

After this you have to create a stock group on Under Option, then I will teach you to create a stock group.

stock ग्रुप बनाने से पहले में आपको बता देता हूँ की stock group क्या होता है स्टॉक ग्रुप का मतलब जैसे आपके पास vivo कंपनी के अलग-अलग  सेट यानि vivo v7, vivo v11,

ऐसे 20 से ज्यादा स्मार्ट फ़ोन होंगे और इसके लिए आपको 

इनका एक group बनाना होगा जैसे vivo के सारे फ़ोन का ग्रुप vivo बना लिया और mi के सारे फ़ोन का ग्रुप mi बना लिया 

आपको स्टॉक ग्रुप बनाने के लिए 

आपको inventory इन्फो में जाना है इसके बाद आपको  

stock ग्रुप में जाना है stock ग्रुप में जाने के बाद आपको create ऑप्शन पर जाना है मतलब 

(Gateway of tally>inventory info>stock group>create)

इसके बाद आपके सामने कुछ इस तरह का पेज ओपन होगा

After this you will open a page like this

इसके बाद आपको Name ऑप्शन पर vivo सभी फ़ोन के लिए वीवो ग्रुप बना लेना है 

इस तरह आपका ग्रुप तैयार हो गया 

अब हमे unit बनानी है यूनिट का मतलब वह चीज जिसमे किसी भी वस्तु में नापते है जैसे हम शुगर के लिए unit  kg use करेंगे और vivo फ़ोन के लिए unit pieces use करेंगे 

After this, you have to create a vivo group for all the vivo phones on the Name option.

That's how your group is made up Now we have to make a unit. Unit means the thing in which we measure in any object like we will use the unit kg for sugar and unit pieces for vivo phone

unit क्रिएट करने के लिए inventory info जाना है

इसके बाद units ऑफ़ measure  जाना है इसके बाद create  पर जाना है  मतलब आपको 

inventory info >unit of measure>create 

 इसके बाद आपको Symbol option पर जो भी यूनिट रखनी है उसका नाम और Formal name option 

उसका full form लिखना है और एंटर एंटर करके save कर लेना है 

अब आपकी यूनिट बनकर तैयार हो गई है और 

अब आपको ये unit और ग्रुप stock item में select करके 

enter enter  save कर लेना है इस तरह आपका stock item create हो गए 

To create unit, go to inventory info 

After this we have to go to units of measure, after this we have to go to create means you

inventory info> unit of measure> create.

 After this, the name and Formal name option of whatever unit you want to put on Symbol option. Write its full form and enter it and save it Now your unit is ready and Now by selecting this unit and group in stock item enter enter save your stock item has been created in this way
