सबसे पहले में आपको बता दूं की टैली में ledgers का क्या उपयोग होता है ।

टैली में हम जब किसी से भी माल खरीदते है तो उसके नाम का ledgers बनता है जिसे माल बेचते है उसका ledgers बनता है, purchase का, sales का, SGST, CGST, IGST, व्यापार में जिस जिस व्यक्ति जिससे पैसे लेना है जिसे पैसे देना है सबका लेजर बनता है लेकिन stock item का लेजर नहीं बनता है इसमें स्टॉक आइटम अलग से क्रिएट होते है ।

लेजर मतलब जिसका भी पैसे का लेनदेन हुआ उसके नाम का लेजर बनता है ।

सबसे पहले हमे टैली सॉफ्टवेयर को ओपन कर लेना है इसके बाद हमे अपनी कंपनी को ओपन कर लेना है।

इसके बाद हमे Accounts info. में जाना है  Accounts info. में जाने के बाद ledgers में जाना है ।

First of all, let me tell you what is the use of ledgers in the tally.

In the tally, when we buy goods from anyone, then the name of the person is ledger, the person who sells the goods becomes the ledgers, of purchase, of sales, of SGST, CGST, of IGST, of the person in the business to whom to take money. Everyone's laser is made but stock item's laser is not made, in it stock items are created separately.

Ledger means the person whose money is transacted becomes the name of the ledger.

First of all we have to open Tally software, after this we have to open our company.

 

Accounts info. में जाने के बाद

ledgers में जाना है ledgers में 

जाने के बाद आपको क्रिएट लेजर में जाना है।इसके बाद आपके सामने कुछ इस तरह का पेज ओपन होगा।

Accounts info. After going in ledgers go in ledgers

After leaving, you have to go to the Create Ledger. 

After this you will open a page like this.

फिर आपको 

Name (जिस नाम से लेजर बनाना है)

Under - option में आपको group चुनना है।

group मतलब अगर आप कुछ चीज खरीदते है तो उसका ग्रुप sundry Creditors  होगा ।

बचने पर ग्रुप sundry Debtors होगा ।

Gst के लेगर के लिए ग्रुप Duties & taxes होगा ।

Banks के लिए ग्रुप Bank Accounts होगा ।

purchase के लिए ग्रुप purchase Accounts होगा ।

Sales का ग्रुप Sales Accounts होगा ।

Inventory values are affected में आपको yes करना है ।

फिर जिसके नाम से लेजर बना है उसका नाम Address, Country, State, Pincode चुनने के बाद, आपको सिम्पली enter एंटर करके save कर लेना है और इस तरह आपका लेजर तैयार हो गया है ।

Then you

Name (by which name laser is to be made)

Under - option you have to select group.

group means if you buy something then its group will be sundry creditors.

The group will survive sundry debtors.

The group will be Duties & taxes for the GST leg.

There will be Group Bank Accounts for Banks.

There will be group purchase accounts for purchase.

The group of Sales will be Sales Accounts.

Inventory values ​​are affected.

Then after choosing the name, address, country, state, Pincode, after which the laser

 is made, you have to save by entering simply enter and in this way your laser is ready.
